MAHANAND CNC SERVICES was established in 2006 & it is a name with decades of experience from the one of the most talented entrepreneur Mr. Nandkumar Govind Patil who has a 23 years work experience of M/s Manugraph India ltd,Shiroli as a Machine shop supervisor/programmer & has gained tones of experience in the art of machining.
We have started our business journey with one VMC machine at rented plate & now we have 8 no vmc / cnc machine at our own shop.
We have special expertise in the dealing development & manufacturing of dies, patterns & machining of various types of metal components like manifolds, brackets, cylinder head covers, Sector Gears, Die’s(sheet metal, investment, pressure die casting) & Patterns, job & mass production etc.
We also manufacture & supply Aluminium graded components for Crompton greaves ltd,nashik which is brand name in manufacturing of electrical components.
We are also starting our second plant in 5 star MIDC kagal-hatkangale ,Kolhapur in the beginning of year 2021.This company will be equipped with another sets of VMC machine & small induction furnace dedicated to pattern & dies work for our customers.
